About the Communicators' Day Out

The IABC NSW Chapter invites you to Sydney for “Communicators’ Day Out”, the peak educational and networking conference for IABC members and the communications profession throughout the Asia Pacific region.

The conference is designed to challenge the way we communicate and discuss the latest communication practices, trends and thinking.

Come and hear respected international industry thought leaders including TJ Larkin, IABC Chair Todd Hattori ABC, Roland Draughan and Bish Mukerhjee ABC, among many others.

Day One will encompass thought-provoking talks and Day Two interactive masterclasses and tutorials. All aspects of communication are covered: leadership, employee, brand and external, culture and change, new technology, CSR and sustainability, ethics, future trends, communication skills, IABC Accreditation, and preparing winning IABC Gold Quill and Excel entries.

Held at a time when Sydney is at its best, the 22-23 November conference event will be located at the Marriot Hotel in the centre of Sydney. Members and non members are invited to attend. As the IABC is a not-for-profit organisation, we are able to offer very reasonable rates. If you live in NSW, you can also join IABC and attend the conference at a discounted rate.

The evening of the first day of the conference, Thursday 22 November, will be the IABC NSW Chapter Christmas Cocktail party. This is included in your conference ticket price.
