We’re already into Spring! The year is flying by and what a year it has been at IABC NSW.
As you know, IABC NSW is run by a passionate and committed volunteer board. We are always open to expressions of interest to join us on the board, and we are already thinking ahead to 2027!

Events not to be missed
Looking ahead for this year, there is so much more ahead for our members and guests. We’re particularly excited to bring you our next event on Thursday 17 September, Building the language of culture: sharpen your internal comms, in partnership with Workvivo by Zoom.
In this keynote, built on research with more than 1,000 frontline managers, internal communication and culture expert Shane Hatton makes a provocation to every communication professional in the room: you are not the performers of culture, and you are not the audience. You are the composers.
This is an event not to be missed. There are only few places remaining, so get in quick!
The Fusion APAC conference is just around the corner. Fusion is the flagship annual event for the APAC region that I personally look forward to every year. It’s a great opportunity to connect and engage with the wider IABC community.
It’s been wonderful to hear that many of us in the IABC NSW community are planning to go along to Brisbane on 19 and 20 October. If you haven’t booked your tickets, you can still secure your place.
We have such a wonderful and engaged community at IABC NSW but remember, we are part of a global network. IABC APAC in particular run regular seminars for members and guests with an excellent line-up of speakers over the coming months. Be sure to check out their program.
