About the event:
With increasing economic, financial and political pressure on organisations, employees are having to deal with an even greater range of challenges in the workplace than ever before.
With global events causing people to feel stressed and fearful of the future, we can often see higher levels of emotional dysregulation at work which negatively impacts people’s overall mental health and wellbeing.
In additional to the workplace pressure, many people are having to balance the never-ending requirements of home & family life which further depletes their emotional and energetic resources, resulting in reduced capacity to successfully navigate the challenges at work.
