The Annual General Meeting of the NSW Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators will be held at 4:00PM (AEDT) on Wednesday 3 December 2025. This includes election of our Board Members for 2026.

Election of Board Members

Nominations are now open for the 2026 IABC NSW Board of Directors. Current members of IABC NSW are invited to apply. Board elections will be held at the AGM on the Wednesday 3 December. 

Serving on the Board is a fantastic opportunity to:

• Expand your professional network, locally and around the world

• Contribute your expertise and gain Not-For-Profit board experience

• Open doors to experts and leaders in all different industries

• Build valuable skills in complementary areas e.g, finance, marketing, sponsorship 

• Advance your own and others’ careers, shape the future of professional comms

To nominate for Board Membership, please complete the Nomination Form and email to IABC NSW Secretary Helen Pennock at pennockhelen@gmail.com.

While very rewarding, board positions are voluntary with no remuneration. Nominees must meet all nomination criteria and have appropriate availability to contribute.  Refer to the Nomination Rules for further information, connect with Helen, or talk to any of our current IABC NSW board members.  

All nomination forms must be received by Friday 21 November 2025, 5pm (AEST).  The 2026 Board will be elected at the AGM on Wednesday 3 December 2025.
